Their rapid growth has been fueled by an expert team of affiliate marketers who work on the platform to generate leads and close sales. The licensed affiliates reach thousands of consumers to help them meet their needs - often with just a single click. To complement this channel, the company recently expanded to offer an entirely digital purchase experience.
Opportunity and Impact
Based on this the client is looking for an Affiliate Marketer that is (100% commission based) to join their growing team! They are looking to continue the exponential expansion this year with an outside sales team who shares their drive and motivation as well as a desire to serve the customers and build a customer base with the highest level of service.
The Affiliate Marketers have a very clear and realistic path to make $50K+ per year ($30K+ in their first year); with a product that almost sells itself. Together, the team carefully crafted this role and designed it based on creating “the dream” sales role that you’d want to stay in forever and so far it's been working great.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound efforts (call, text, email, social media) each day to prospects.
Respond in a timely manner to all leads.
Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule sales calls.
Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
Ability to identify & source information on prospective clients.
Qualifications
Online sales and/ or marketing experience is mandatory
Customer centric
Great listening skills and excellent phone demeanor
Technologically proficient; not an expert, but knowledgeable
Excellent written and verbal communication
CRM experience a HUGE plus
Recruiting process
Despite this being a commission only role we insist on getting only the right candidates and invest a lot of time in it.
Stage 1: Initial shortlisting and interviews
Stage 2: 10 days trial where the candidate will be required to close a minimum number of sales. This will be paid at the full commission rate
Stage 3: Proceed to offer and full onboarding.

Salary: $30k - $50k+ per year
